The problem and the goal
Cold-room stock is tracked from memory and on paper, so you sell what is already gone and customers leave without the brand they wanted; the goal is to know the real quantity of each brand and get an alert before it runs out.
The team keeps your cold-room stock sheet up to date with purchases in and sales out by brand and volume, using Google Sheets plus updates sent through the Circle or typed at the counter. The Stockout Alert flags brands that are low or at zero before the customer arrives, and the Purchase Suggester builds the weekly list from what sold most and what is running low.
The team in this Circle
Keeps the cold-room stock sheet updated with purchases in and sales out, by brand and volume
Needs: Google Sheets, someone at the counter sends it in the Circle or types it into the sheet
Flags which brands are low or at zero before the customer arrives
Needs: you set it once; without that, I use average sales pace as the reference, name and email or the Circle itself
Builds the weekly purchase list by brand from what sold most and what is low
Needs: comes from the stock sheet after a few weeks of use, who delivers, and in how many days
