What is iTeam?

iTeam is Multiplayer AI for companies: an operating system where teams of AI agents work with your people, in your tools, with approval and cost in sight. Each agent has a job, the right tools and the right access, and a person stays in charge of what matters.

Because in iTeam, AI is used by a team as a team. People and agents share the same knowledge, threads and rooms instead of each person having a private assistant with a private history. That shared setup is what iTeam means by multiplayer.

iTeam is built by the iTeam company, at iteam.works, with a product team and a deployment squad. It was built in Brazil and is used in four languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. The product team builds the platform; the squad helps companies put agents in production.

iTeam rests on three ideas. First, a company of agents: each agent has a job, tools and limits, like an employee. Second, multiplayer: people and agents share knowledge, threads and rooms. Third, governed: permissions, approvals, audit and cost per task.

In iTeam, your company is the Organization. Hubs keep what each area knows, such as prices, policies and contracts. A Circle is a team of people and AI agents around one problem, and every area can have its own Circle working on its own work.

They are iTeam's ten ready-made agent roles. Mat is the orchestrator and Bolt the builder. Romeo covers sales, Darwin finance, Henry legal, Jaca customer support, Gaia marketing, Nina operations, Bia people and HR, and Dai content.

Yes, that is the idea. Think of a company of digital employees: each agent has a job description, the tools it needs and limited access. They share what your company knows, work as a team, call a person when it matters, and leave a record of everything they do.
