Does iTeam integrate with Looker?
Yes. iTeam connects through the Looker API, which the iTeam HTTP tool learns from the documentation. For Looker Studio, which has no data API, the agent reads the sources behind the reports.
Can the agent query any data?
No. It uses a service account with access to the models you enable, and in iTeam you define who can ask what. Every query is kept in the audit trail.
Does it make up numbers?
The agent answers with the result of the Looker query and states where it came from. If the question does not fit the model, it says so.
