An AI CFO that tells you where cash will be next month
Every week the projection is rebuilt from your books, open invoices and bills, with a plain note on what changed and why.
You do not know how much cash you will have in 30 days.
The forecast lives in a spreadsheet someone updates when they can. Payroll, taxes and a late customer can all land in the same week, and you find out when the balance is already low.
- Owners and CEOs who check the bank balance before every decision
- Finance leads who need an AI financial analyst for weekly forecasts
- Companies without a full-time CFO that still need cash visibility
The agents
Builds the projection from QuickBooks or Xero: open receivables, payables, payroll, taxes and recurring costs. Compares last week's forecast with what actually happened.
Collects the things the books do not know yet, such as planned hires, large purchases or delayed contracts, and keeps the Google Sheets model clean.
Works internally only. Asks the right people for missing inputs, runs scenarios you request and sends the summary to the owner and finance lead.
How it works
- Each week, Darwin pulls balances, open invoices and bills from QuickBooks or Xero.
- Nina adds planned events from the team and checks the inputs for gaps.
- Darwin updates the 13-week projection and marks any week where cash goes below your minimum.
- Mat sends the summary in Slack, Teams or e-mail, with scenarios such as a key customer paying late.
- You decide what to do: delay a purchase, chase a payment, or talk to the bank; the team does not move money.
Example of what you get
Weekly cash outlook
- 13-week cash projection by week, with the minimum balance line
- What changed since last week, and why
- Largest expected inflows and outflows, with dates
- Scenario view in Power BI: base, late customer, extra hire
What changes
- You see a cash gap weeks before it reaches the bank
- The forecast is updated every week from real data, not when someone has time
- Decisions on hiring and purchases are made with the cash picture in front of you
Where a person is still needed. The forecast is only as good as the books and inputs behind it, and it is a projection, not a promise. Financing, investment and tax decisions stay with you and your advisors.

Cash flow forecast team
How accurate is AI cash flow projection?
It is as accurate as your books are current. Each week it compares the forecast with what happened and shows the gap, so you can see how much to trust it and where the errors come from.
Is this an AI CFO?
It does the analysis work a CFO's team would do every week: projection, variance and scenarios. It does not replace the judgment of a CFO or accountant on financing, tax or strategy.
Is our financial data safe?
The team reads through the official integrations of QuickBooks, Xero and Google Sheets. It cannot pay or transfer anything, and every action is logged with its cost.
How long does it take to get AI for cash flow forecasting running?
Connect your accounting system and set your minimum cash level. The first projection can be ready the same day, and you can open the team without paying anything.
How does AI cash flow forecasting work?
Darwin builds a 13-week projection from what is already in QuickBooks or Xero: open invoices, bills, payroll, taxes and recurring costs. Nina adds what the books do not know yet, such as planned hires or a delayed contract. Each week the projection is updated and compared with what actually happened.
Can AI warn me before a cash gap?
Yes. You set a minimum cash level, and any week where the projection falls below it is marked in the summary. Mat sends that summary to the owner and finance lead in Slack, Teams or e-mail, with the inflows and outflows behind the gap.
Can I run scenarios, like a big customer paying late?
Yes. Ask Mat for a scenario in plain words, such as a key customer paying 30 days late or an extra hire next month, and the team runs it against the base projection. The scenario view is available in Power BI next to the base case.
What is the difference between an AI financial analyst and a spreadsheet forecast?
A spreadsheet forecast is only as current as the last time someone updated it. The team refreshes the projection from your books every week, explains what changed and why, and tracks how far the forecast was from reality. The Google Sheets model stays available if you want to work in it.
Which tools does AI for cash flow forecasting connect to?
QuickBooks or Xero for balances, receivables and payables, Google Sheets for the model and inputs, and Power BI for the scenario view. Summaries and questions go through Slack, Teams or e-mail.
Does it tell me what to do with the cash?
It shows the options and their effect on the projection, such as delaying a purchase or chasing a payment. The decision is yours, and financing, investment and tax choices stay with you and your advisors. The team never moves money.
