Noah Inventory Planner
Reads stock levels and sales from Shopify, Odoo or SAP Business One every day and calculates days of cover and the reorder point per SKU.
Olga Inventory Finance Analyst
Shows cash tied up in slow stock, margin per product and the cost of each proposed purchase order.
Rui Planning Tools Builder
Builds the forecast and reorder sheet in Google Sheets and adjusts the rules as you learn, for example seasonality or minimum order quantities.

You have too much of one product and none of another.

Best sellers run out while slow items fill the warehouse and tie up cash. Reorder points live in someone's head, and supplier lead times change without anyone updating the spreadsheet.

  • Retail and ecommerce businesses with many SKUs
  • Distributors and small manufacturers on Odoo or SAP Business One
  • Owners who decide what to buy from a spreadsheet and gut feeling

How it works

  1. Each morning, Nina pulls stock on hand, open orders and recent sales per SKU.
  2. Nina forecasts demand from sales history and seasonality, and compares it with supplier lead times.
  3. Items below the reorder point get a draft purchase order with the suggested quantity.
  4. Darwin adds the cost and the effect on cash, and the buyer approves, edits or skips each order.
  5. Slow movers are flagged weekly, with ideas such as a bundle or a markdown for a person to decide.

Example of what you get

Daily reorder list

  • SKUs below reorder point with days of stock left
  • Draft purchase orders by supplier, with quantity and cost
  • Items at risk of running out before the next delivery
  • Slow movers and the cash tied up in them

What changes

  • Fewer stockouts of the products customers want
  • Less cash stuck in items that are not selling
  • Reorder decisions based on data that is updated every day

Where a person is still needed. The team does not place orders with suppliers on its own; a buyer approves every purchase order. Forecasts depend on clean stock counts, so physical counts still matter.

Questions

Inventory planning team

How does AI for inventory forecasting work?

It looks at sales history per SKU, seasonality, open orders and lead times, and suggests how much to order and when. It shows the reasoning, so a buyer can adjust it.

Do I need new AI inventory management software?

No. The team works with Shopify, Odoo, SAP Business One or a Google Sheet you already use. AI agents for inventory management read the data and draft orders on top of your system.

Is it safe to connect my ERP to an AI agent for inventory management?

The team reads stock and sales through official integrations and only creates draft orders. A person approves every order, and every action is logged with its cost.

How long does it take to get the first reorder list?

Connect your store or ERP and share supplier lead times. The first reorder list can come out the same day. You can try it free on your top-selling SKUs.

Can AI predict stockouts before they happen?

Yes. Nina compares days of stock left with supplier lead times and flags items that will run out before the next delivery can arrive. Those items appear at the top of the daily reorder list with a draft purchase order.

Does the AI handle seasonality and promotions?

It reads seasonality from your sales history, and Bolt can add rules for known events, such as a promotion or a holiday season. You can adjust those rules as you learn, and the forecast shows what it is based on.

Which systems does AI inventory management connect to?

Shopify, Odoo and SAP Business One for stock, sales and open orders, and Google Sheets for the forecast and reorder sheet. Summaries and approvals can go through Slack, Teams or e-mail.

Can I set minimum order quantities and supplier rules?

Yes. You tell the team each supplier's lead time, minimum order quantity and pack sizes, and the draft purchase orders respect them. Bolt keeps those rules in the planning sheet so they are visible and easy to change.

What does the AI suggest for slow-moving stock?

Darwin shows the cash tied up in each slow mover, and the weekly flag comes with ideas such as a bundle or a markdown. A person decides what to do; the team does not change prices on its own.

Can it manage stock across several warehouses or stores?

Yes, when your system keeps stock per location. Nina calculates days of cover per SKU and location, so you can see where an item is short and where there is extra stock.
