Does iTeam integrate with OneDrive?
Yes, through the Microsoft Graph API. We register an app in your company's Entra ID with the permissions your IT team approves.
Does the agent see every employee's OneDrive?
It should not. We set permissions only for the folders and libraries the workflow needs, preferably in the team's SharePoint rather than personal accounts.
Does it work with SharePoint too?
Yes. The same Graph API gives access to SharePoint libraries, which is usually the more organized path for team files.
